I am a stone lighter exactly a month later!
6.3kg in four weeks, and all measurements are down to double digits, though very far from 90-60-90 😂
73.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
