Next week I plan to liquid fast Tuesday-Thursday.
I will then try to liquid fast Monday-Thursday the following week.

@moufette123, @HBC, @Draglist - Thanks! I am just 'treading water' right now. I know I need to get back to my usual diet but yeah things are still 'chaotic' for many of us right now. Hard to concentrate on weight loss/maintenance right now...
