Hanging around the same weight. I plan to start walking at night just a soon as I get some mace. Carrying an iron pipe is not my style! I never used to worry about safety in my area, but lately things have taken a turn...I guess senior citizens are easy targets. Maybe with a hoodie and mask, no one will guess my age?

with a hoody and mask they will probably think you're a hoodlum! I never worried either, but you are right us folks that are a little older do seem to be easy targets. Here in Columbus,there is the added worry of getting shot. There were about 7 or 8 shootings, and I never thought of this town as rough. For goodness sakes, this is the home of the Buckeyes and 7 universities. be safe 😷🦸‍♀️

Well I think that if you powerwalk with a tire iron it can count as cardio and resistance training! 👊🏼
