wrong way. but yesterday was a "final meal" day. starting today I'm focusing on a high protein, low cal diet, back to the gym and other exercises, high water intake, and a 7 day cleanse starting tomorrow.
109.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
