In maintenance at 160 to 163. So used to eating healthy, low calorie food that even when I have tried on a birthday or a special occasion to step out of my routine, I have found myself veering towards the healthy options. It's a habit in me now. something that I am proud to find is now effortless.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
