A very difficult week......losing Barbara.....meant I was not as disciplined as I needed to surprised....to look like I have put on weight as I have actually lost a pound....never mind....aim for a decent week as next weekend is Walton on the maze
92.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
