doing well maintaining the 60lb drop.
I think I want to get rid of 10 more lbs.
currently I only have one pair of shorts that fit with out sinching a belt that ends up looking like drawn back curtains😂
shirts make me look like a kid wearing his Dad's shirt.
Back to my Keto way of eating for a week now.
I'm feeling so much better in my mood and do much more energy.
I know that not everyone likes that way of eating or even thinks It's not healthy.
I can only go by what works for me.
last blood work verified to me that it's why I'm happier and have so much more energy.
Keto suits me well and it's not for everyone.
I enjoy FS and. the variety of ways of eating healthy for them.
ppl looking to gain weight, gain muscle, loose weight.
it's fascinating to me and I read and learn something from everyone on here.
