I've been increasing the intensity of my workouts... Increasing weights and increasing the reps at that weight. I'm sore more often and just plain tired. I'm having a hard time with increasing the amount of food I'm eating for the calories I'm burning. I think that's heavily contributed to my "wiped" feeling since it's been hard to feel like I'm getting enough sleep. I'll try to eat a bit more balanced meals today. It also hasn't helped that I've been out of my protein powders and meal replacement bars for about two weeks. Time to go shopping again. Happy to be closer to my goal, though!
96.5 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
