It's day 1 of 15:9 IF. I'm super impressed with the weightloss on this so far. I've lost more this week than I did last month! IF is such a simple thing to add to my plan, but it has had a huge impact. I've had so much energy this week, especially considering it's that time of the month. I'm usually laying around for days at this point. So excited about my progress! Thanks for the support FatSecret Fam!
117.4 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 40.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
