Yesterday was rough on cravings. I had to dose 600mg of 5htp. I literally fought food cravings for 5 hours before I realized the problem. Nevertheless, I survived. Busted out of the 240s. let's clear these 230s.
108.8 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 47.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good job on recognizing your food craving issue. Emotional eating is so hard to deal with. I have it every day so I understand the problem. Very nice loss!
