Wow, just by killing the carbs, or at least reducing them dramatically I've made quite a loss in just over a week or so.

Still missing chips, bread, pasta, rice etc.
However this is at least working, and I really need to stick to it.

Plus my liver will thank me for not drinking, I was drinking a bottle of spirits a day on holiday, not wise Steven!
