Oh my goodness! Body aches! For two days I have felt like I got hit by a truck! Could my diet be causing this? I Googled it and saw that you can have body aches from fasting or liquid diets, so I'm guessing that is what it is...and I can't take any medicine prior to surgery so I have to just bite the bullet with the pain. Headaches too! But - positive note - the weight IS coming off! Tomorrow or the next day, I should probably be back in "Onederland"...no more 200's! Woot Woot! :)Have a great day everyone! Focus!

You have gone through onederland. Please tell me what it's like? It's been so long since I was below 200. I don't want to make any excuses like the holidays. You are doing awesome. If you need something to help with induction flu try drinking chicken broth. We Can Do It With God's Help!!!

Sorry - I just saw your comment! For me, not being in the 100's was new to me - the 200 to 215 just happened in the last year! That was a very rude awakening for me because after my last child, I stayed at about 185 for way too long. I could never lose the "baby" weight and was miserable about my body image. I am only 5 feet tall, so 185 on my frame is hard enough to handle, so when the scale started moving up into the 200's, it was even more depressing. I learned the term "onederland" from following several members of the lap-band community on YouTube as they journal their experience. For many, hitting the 100's is a huge goal for them and is a milestone in their weight loss. For me, I feel more like once I hit 185, I'll be at a milestone because it will be back to where I was a year ago before I added these 30 pounds. But seeing that 1 instead of a two does feel good, absolutely! So induction flu? Is that what I had?
