Damn near had a panic attack yesterday! My blood glucose shot up to 120 after a meal. My aim is to keep it under 100 all the time and I used to it not moving more than 10 points after a meal. I did over do my carbs but I still wasn't expecting that. Especially since I had some ACV with the meal. Maybe the ACV had something to do it. I am not sure. I did a planking workout to bring it down. No mas though. That was too much stress for me. It nearly caused a binge. In anticipation of a gain, I was going to say eff it and just eat whatever. I was able to talk myself off the ledge and stay compliant.

I am glad I did because I got my drop. My day ended within my keto macros. Be patient young grasshopper.
110.9 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 49.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
