Happy days....another 2lb burned off, and another 11 mile off my 100 mile MTB cycle for Prostate Cancer Uk... another 70 mile to go.. 🤪
76.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
