Ok so back in Manchester now. Gym every morning for light exercise. Less carbs, more protein and vegetables. smaller portions. do that for a month and see what happens.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
