Keeping my metabolism going by walking 4 or 5 days a week, anywhere from 2.5 to 4.5 miles when weather permits. Being outside is helping my emotional well-being too.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
