Got my 10,000 steps in and only had a turkey hot dog. Today I am trying planning on doing the same except a tad more water. Also working 12 hr shifts so keeping active. Today I am pretty tired Might have a couple oranges for lunch this time to. Every little thing tips the scale even like 2 handfuls of popcorn...I love popcorn but no more popcorn for me for a while. Hope everyones having a good Sunday. I am looking forward to Monday I dont know if I should or not though Monday night might be a trigger night with certain people places and things might not! 🙏🙏🤲

Like the song says, 🎶🎵 Monday, Monday, can't trust that day! 🎵🎶 Nice drop. Keep it going. If possible, bring some alternate, healthy snacks with you when you're around those triggers. Almonds usually work for me. They're full of good cholesterol, and even the low sodium ones can still satisfy your craving for that salty crunch. 🙂
