175 Lbs.
Getting stronger at walking everyday but the muscles in my thighs are sore every time I stand and take a few steps then I'm good till my legs tire out and start wobbling.
I started walking 6 weeks ago yet, it seems like 6 months.
175 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 102.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
