I knew that once the competition was over I'd struggle not to put on. I had 5 days off eating and drinking whatever and have a much higher calorie allowance at the moment 1350 on avg. So it's time to rediscover the workout I think. Next goal is my birthday in 51 days so have to get back on track. Need an inch off each leg, so any suggestions would be helpful 💜💜💜
65.2 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
