Feeling good 3" inches off waistline and since the start and finding plenty to eat - also not as hungry as I used to be all the time and lost the craving for biscuits.
Halfway to goal and looking forward to reward of takeaway Chinese, Curry and a pint of beer maybe not all in the same weekend.
Time to up the exercises as so far only walking.
