It's back on the move,...
Still under 1200 cals a day (which have confirmed and had OK from doctor)
More proteins and left out bread most the week(had a 1 day slip). Well I'm back to work today for the 1st time since lock down.... 8 hrs on my feet ahead
142.9 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 66.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
