What are you doing. To loose 100 grams roughly everyday. You are eating well. Is it just walk. Three times a day. Your weight loss is very impressive. 👍👍👏. Some more ideas of your routine are very needed.

Yes I've lost 10kg since the beginning of June, I bought a garmin watch that tracks my steps, heart rate, flights of stairs climbed and any fitness actively I remember to log. My wife has lost the same amount as well. We get up early (we wake early) and walk 4.25 miles sometimes more each morning, after a few weeks we started going out for a mile in the evening as well. Now that evening stroll is the same as the morning one. So we walk 8.5 miles each day and probably another 2 during the day. I'm averaging 25000 steps a day ang 70 odd flights of stairs, in addition in the past week I've started zwifting and cycled 110km in the past Weem. Today I've eaten 2400 calories but will have burnt 3400, but most days I'm eating 1700ish and burning 3100 calories

I have started 4 km run in the morning.
light
muscle weight training 3 days a week. calories 1200. weight going down. but not the way I saw in your uploads.
ok that means I should add walking another 4 km in the evening as well.
should be able to see the difference within next day. but I am happy to see after a week.
