Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating

Last week I lost 10lbs in 5 days. This week I ate on Wednesday and only lost 5lbs in 5 days.

The difference this weekend will be to keep the carbs and protein low on the days I do eat.

@liv001 - Thanks :) Yes, I think I have a method to lose that works, but, I must figure out a way to eat and not gain so much (sigh).
