We had to get out of the house while work was being done inside, so it was a date day with my husband, with take-out breakfast taquitos, followed by a walk on the beach, checking out areas we want to walk in next time, then for lunch take-out beef brisket sandwiches with coleslaw. We were home for the afternoon. For dinner it was 4-cheese ravioli and marinara sauce. I did indulge in coconut fruit bars, and sadly didn't stop at one. All of it was about 2100 calories, definitely over my RDI. Still it was a great day, I didn't add to the damage by drinking wine, and tomorrow will be an easier day to follow the plan.
