The weight is up, as I expected it would be yesterday evening when I wrote that I had been in denial about what my eating practices were going to do. The good news is that today I exercised well, ate well below my RDI, again drank no wine, and had only one serving of ice cream. (Baby steps, baby steps!) Each day I stay with the program makes the next day easier. I am learning how to make the right choices even in the midst of the pandemic which had in my mind given me permission to splurge regularly.
57.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
