Had a bit of a meltdown day yesterday, but feeling a lot better today. At least the weight is still headed in the right direction.

81.9 kg Lost so far: 25 kg. Still to go: 5.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
