These last 10 pounds are going to test me. Last week was rough, not sure why, but I got through it.
This healthy lifestyle is sticking and it doesn't take much to motivate me to work out now. I find myself wondering how fast can I go? How long can I go? What's my pace today? Instead of just focusing on my weight loss journey. It feels good and I don't feel so attached to the scale. I still weigh everyday, but I don't let the number get me down.
I mean... I never really did, but as I get closer to my ultimate goal. It's best to get into a sustainable, healthy habit of not focusing on that damn scale 😫😂
