I had a whole week off work which I decided to treat myself on and I do not regret however things go back to normal now and my party week is over. I've got to back back into it 💪
79.5 kg Lost so far: 26.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
