It’s my cheat day! 😆 making sure to satisfy my desires till next -10kg. Already started and I feel a lil a bit guilty to be honest. My stomach is tight so not going crazy all over the place anyway. It’s mostly for my head than taste, just need to be enough of food concetration. I am an emotional eater, the worst in kind 😜. Have a lovely day everybody!
108.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Its just one day tho, tomorrow everything will be back to normal again, new normal. Well ure doing great, almost in the middle to the goal! Lucky you having a food control officer 😀. Loose weight power! 💪
