OK - Have joined Total Fitness and had a chat with a personal trainer about diet.

Will be sticking to main meals only to start off with and very little carbs for a couple of weeks with Protein for breakfast.

Will keep you posted...
90.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
