Fasted weights and power washing the house before I ate at 1:15 pm got me down to 227.8. This was after eating a surplus yesterday after a week of the fasting-mimicking diet. I surmised that I may let go of some accumulated water and I think that happened.
103.3 kg Lost so far: 44.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
