Upped the weight of the weights in the gym this week, definitely feeling it and looking a little more toned, I assume that’s why I’ve only lost a pound, feeling good though xx
68.9 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
