Starting to lose weight again. It's been really hard during quarantine. I am eating healthier, taking long walks around the neighborhood, and recently started running up the staircase in my apartment. Yogurt helps with the cravings.
134.9 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
