I am now on maintenance and I am realizing that I have the power to control my mind so it can message my stomach. I had Ezells yesterday cause I went into the city. I ordered 2 piece fried chicken and a potato salad. before my weight loss I would have eaten everything cause I went by taste, yesterday I threw out 1/2 the salad. I am in control now, not the other way around. I counted my calories too. thank you Lord for giving me my life back.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 20.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
