Water first, veggies most, use the scale, and Track - the Core 4 that I’ve been building my nutrition on is yielding results that I have not seen for years!!! I’m so glad I got the book “You Can Drop It” by Ilana Muhlstein, M.S., R.D.N. The real test is approaching, as I’ll be spending my he next three weeks with my daughters at the grandparents’ house 🙃
