Enjoying recording all my food that I am eating. Also love the fact that I can see how much calories I have eaten.

I weighed this morning, and i have lost 1.5kg's. Not sure how accurate it will be considering i didnt weight but made a guess at 120kgs when I started. I am sure i was pretty near that as my back started to hurt and normally did at around this weight. I will weight again next Wednesdsay, 12 June, so thats a week of trying to eat right. Also trying to watch how many carbs I eat. They are everywhere!!!
118.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
