Rest day today then feeling confident about 2nd day tomorrow. Had a few practices and did enjoy it, been watching a few training videos. Most of my routes are off road.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
