OK starting to lose again. Only 2 days ago I weighed 197 but I did not record it here because I felt ashamed. Can't underestimate the burden of constipation, but it was fat accumulation, too, from all the takeaways. Onwards and downwards!
196.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 76.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
