@chesgreen - Thanks! All I am doing at this stage is 'maintaining' (5 pounds up a week and 5 pounds down). To lose I need to stay below 50 carbs a day for 7+ days. Mentally I am just not feeling that right now. However, I do know one guy who is doing that and steadily losing weight, want to meet him? Look in the mirror :)
