I started On 16th May 2020, so it’s been nearly 3weeks! And I’ve lost over a Stone / 6.4+ Kg’s The secret is sticking to Daily Calorie Intake, I think. Which I’ve altered twice, 1) 2,000 a day for 2 weeks, then 2) 1,800 a day for week 3. Also: I’m drinking 4-6 litres of water a day. I’m walk 5-10,000 steps a day. I’m trying to increase my sleep to so I get 5-8 hours a night! ( It used to be 4 hrs a night 😣 ). I’m adding Protein to my daily intake in the form of More Nuts, More Eggs, More Chicken and introduced Yoghurt & Actimel. Hope this is of use. Good luck Al
