Doc's office scale says 154... WaHooooOOOoo!! its going DOWN DOWN DOWN!!

69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg. Still to go: 13.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
