There it is...! The sins of the past. Still constipated though and legs left unwrapped yesterday as carer was ill, which means there is a lot of fluid built up. I am actually annoyed at this.
196.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 76.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope u r feeling better today Tania, I know all key workers r extremely busy at this time but it upsets me to know that No1 was sent to replace ur usual carer and ur legs have been left unwrapped, it sounds really painful. I'm sending u a gr8 big hug and I hope it gets sorted out for you today ❤️🤗

My carer is privately employed so no one to replace her when she is not feeling well. Two days in a row. Add to that the weekend, that is 4 days unwrapped in 7. I need to find an additional carer but it is really difficult to find someone who actually loves the job and lives close by. Thanks for the hugs. It is greatly appreciated! :)
