This is more like it - yesterday’s data point was suspect. I’m .9 lbs away from my monthly weight loss goal of 5 lbs. Regardless, I’ve been pleased with how my body has been responding to the 2B Mindset approach to eating - especially for a volume eater like me. The only thing I bought was the book by Ilana Muhlstein “You Can Drop It” and of course I follow her and the program on social media. That’s where I get ideas & recharge my motivation!
76.4 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
