Jumpa's Journal, 27 May 13

Not entirely sure how i've done it - have joined a gym and generally trying to eat more healthy food and less sweet and processed stuff. Going to exercise a little every day now and see if that helps. Staying away in Cardiff with a buffet breakfast and restaurant dinner won't help...
90.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Cool. Keep going. I have kept to salads, fruit and smaller portions. Calories less than 2000 per day and the fat is falling off. Nice....
