Using 16:8 fasting with a window of late afternoon to late evening to get back on top of my progress. Down to 223.2 today after two days of working hard outside on yard and pool work. Not doing great on my calorie target this month but still averaging 1650-1750 or thereabouts.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 46.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
