So i’ve been on a 1200-1500 calorie diet but i’m not sure if i’m losing anything. Have I hit a plateau and need to reverse diet?
57 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can only talk from my experience. For me, it's not only the overall calorie intake but what kind of calories. I recently had a medical test done that showed my body's reaction to carbs was high, meaning that it's calories stemming from carbs that will most likely end on my hips as my insulin reaction is off (I have no diabetes btw). I try and incorporate this into my diet. I try and eat slow release carbs like vegetables but stay off of noodles, bread etc. This year was horrific in terms of traumatic events, so I fell back into old habits and, thus, gained a lot of weight. but last year, when I had lost 23kilos, being careful with carbs had done the trick for me. Maybe it's also something you might be dealing with. A medical examination might provide clues. best of luck!
