Day 1 of a planned 1 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

If I didn't *binge* on Wednesday I think I could lose a pound a week.

However, I use that as something to 'look forward to' in the middle of the week.

This has helped me "Mentally" get through the week, because, working from home is very stressful for me (I am working way harder than when in the office).

@Liv001 - Thanks! "Mentally" I am wayyy better than I was a few weeks ago. Compared to the families of the 328,462 people who have died from Covid, since none of those are in my family, I have nothing to complain about...
