I am eating a healthy diet. Eating less calories than i should. Fast walking 1 mile a day. And in 2 weeks put on muscle and only lost 1kg 🤔
86.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
