Cool. Dropped another.8 for a new low at 238.0 after a low cal day and workout. Blood sugar 109 is kinda weird, but no biggie.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 39.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
