Nice. Day one of my weekly fast resulted in a new low at 240.2. Started at 340 on January 1, 2012, lost 15, then got serious with FatSecret on June 26, 2012. Not claiming 100 lb. loss until I hit 239.9 (hopefully when I wake up).
109.0 kg Lost so far: 38.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
